Opened in 2015 by three friends from Georgia, Down the Hatch focuses on locally-sourced fresh fish dishes with an added flair of “Southern Aloha.” Featured on a 2017 episode of the Food Network’s Diners, Drive Ins & Dives, this local foodie magnet also serves up some delicious handcrafted cocktails and local beers to accompany menu items like the Lobster & Crab Stuffed Grilled Cheese, Shrimp Po’Boy and Seared Ahi Tacos.
