Rio is a staple at the DTH Bar, and guaranteed behind the bar every Friday at Down the Hatch in Lahaina for Fresh Squeezed Friday. Fresh Squeezed Friday has a speciality handcrafted menu, new each week, using local ingredients to come up with some interesting and sophisticated cocktails.
