Every month, the Surfrider Foundation is committed to partnering with one of the Ocean Friendly Restaurant partners to celebrate the strides that we're making together as a community to bring awareness to the importance of keeping our oceans clean for all to enjoy!!

Surfrider Foundation - Maui Chapter is partnering Down the Hatch for December & we're gathering as Breakfast! It's a great time to bring the whole family & support the Surfrider Foundation & our beautiful island of Maui, while getting really good grinds.

Down The Hatch will be offering a Fried Rice Plate special w/Fresh Squeezed Juice for only $15!!!!

AND $5 of the $15 will be donated to the Surfrider Foundation!

7:30-10:30 breakfast

LIVE MUSIC starting at 9:30a!

What: Breakfast special that supports the Surfrider Foundation.

Earth Day Scavenger Hunt

Down the Hatch hosts the 2nd Earth Day Scavenger Hunt 4/22/18, “It’s all about Being Green” benefiting the Honolua Bay Clean-up w/Les Potts, Save Honolua Coalition, & The Surfrider Foundation!

Down the Hatch comes together with Spanky’s Riptide, The Dirty Monkey, Breakwall Shave Ice Co. and for an Earth Day Scavenger Hunt to benefit the Honolua Bay!

The Scavenger Hunt will start at 6pm on Sunday, April 22nd at Spanky’s Ridtide in the 505. The hunt is ppen to the community (21+). The DTH Scavenger Hunt will lead participants around Lahaina town, through local businesses, and historic sites using different clues. Teams are encouraged to play with the theme, “It’s All About Being Green”, to draw positive attention to themselves, to raise awareness about Earth Day and the variety of cleanups happening all over Maui! Proceeds from the Scavenger Hunt will benefit recent & future clean-up at Honolua Bay.

Maximum of 4 people per team, $100 entry fee per team, with 100% of the proceeds going to the Honolua Bay Clean-up efforts. For more information contact info@dthmaui.com.  Singles & Doubles welcome! We will do our best to pair you with another group to make teams of 4.

7:00p - Rules Announced

9:00p - Meet at Down The Hatch for 1st Check-In – Don’t be late! Special point opportunity with Maui Escape Rooms!

10:00p – Leave Down The Hatch & continue the hunt

11:00p - Meet at The Dirty Monkey on Front St. for the 2nd Check-in

11:30p – Winners will be announced & prizes awarded!

DTH-Maui will feature local Maui artist Cesar Valentin Miro-Quesada for Lahaina's 2nd Friday, 5-9pm!

Join us for an evening of Art & "Fresh Squeezed" cocktails, prepared by house craftsmen Adam Rio & Bree Richardson. Starting at 6pm Rio & Bree design a new cocktail menu each week.

Cesar Valentin Miro-Quesada will have one of his pieces for sale benefiting the Lahaina Art Association, Youth Outreach Program. Supporting local all around, join us Down the Hatch!

Recently Cesar's work has been displayed at the Honolulu Art Museum, a painting of Haleakalah called "Crater at Dawn".

Followed by the "Official Art Walk After Party", featuring a local DJ.
