Fresh Squeezed Friday features a new handcrafted cocktail menu each week! The menu is designed by master craftsmen Adam Rio, Josh Hopkins, & Maya Alexander. Bartender Rio named Best Mixologist on Maui in 2016 through Maui Time Weekly’s Best Of Poll. Fresh squeezed handcrafted cocktails start at 6pm, DJ starts at 10pm!

Pair your cocktails with DTH Maui's fresh seafood & enjoy the breeze through our open air courtyard while you dine. Yes... handcrafted cocktails might be fancy, but DTH Maui provides a casual dining atmosphere. 

Fresh Squeezed Friday happening every week Down the Hatch, named Best Bar in Maui 2017!

Down the Hatch presents the “COCKFIGHT” Speed Cocktail Contest, Wednesday, March 29th, 2017, featuring some of Maui’s best westside bartenders. Winner takes all! The prize... Two Round Trip Flights to anywhere in the Hawaiian Islands, Down the Hatch “Cock Fight” Belt, and a chance to sit on the judges panel next year or defend the title.

The main criteria in this “Cockfight” is speed…  However, our panel of expert judges will also score on  bartending skills; appearance, cleanliness, flare… and of course taste.

The bartenders will be asked to serve up the following cocktails with precision & style, but most importantly… with SPEED! We don’t care the order, it just needs to get done the fastest & flawlessly.

No Down the Hatch bartenders will be participating in the competition. However, Maui’s #1 Mixologist & Down the Hatch rockstar bartender, Adam Rio, will be on the judges panel.
