On May 7 show us your stripes and we’ll show you ours! Guests are invited for the party to start off our summer, with DTH Tiger Shark Reveal! Created by artist Athena Medina exclusiely for Down The Hatch Maui. Starting at 8:08pm ‘til Midnight party the night away and embody your shark vibes. “El Tigre” will be unveiled at 10:08p in all its glory as it will be suspended above the Best Bar on Maui.

Once suspended, “El Tigre” will be at eye level from Front Street for all of those that pass by to view, enjoy, fear, and respect. This land mark/land shark will help elevate respect for our oceans, our creatures of the sea and the cultural awareness of the sacred tiger shark.

Sharks are powerful and perfected wild animals that are often given a bad reputation but are in fact such important creatures on our planet that we need to protect and educate versus eradicate. Soooo let’s celebrate the sharks!!! It’s the Tiger Shark Showdown!!!!! Come adorned in all things Tiger, Shark, and tiger shark. Stripes, silver, sexy and sleek. Tails, teeth, fins, slick, sick and fresh!

Featuring Maui’s original hip-hop punk funk band The Lamonts, starting at 8pm!

DJ sets from Casey Jones & Boomshot to heat up the night and keep the vibes cruising, starting at 10pm!

Join us each morning for a musical Breakfast Down The Hatch Maui. Featuring $12 Carafes of Bloody Mary’s, Mimosa, and Lahaina Sunrises.
