Owners Javi Barberi, David Fincher, & Julian Bonfardin are long time Maui residents, with Georgia roots, bringing Southern Aloha to your Maui dining experience. The guys took over the courtyard of The Wharf in Historic Lahaina Town, bringing their other business Breakwall Shave Ice Co. to accompany their dream of having a spot for locals and visitors to relax during the beautiful Maui days and cut loose in the Late Nights. 

Offering Fresh Fish & locally influenced cuisine to the menu, along with Traditional & Adult Shave Ice (w/alcohol), Down the Hatch & Breakwall Shave Ice Co. give off the surfer dive vibe... Javi, Dave & Julian created their dream chill spot.

The bar & kitchen have been renovated to quality standards and they are constantly working to upgrade their establishment as they grow... as well as keeping the late night events & activities fresh.
